Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager, Service based in Kent, WA. This depot leadership role drives service operations, safety, and quality across customer locations, partnering with Distribution and Support to achieve strong outcomes and financial performance.

You will lead the Service team, develop high-performing staff, and ensure execution of company standards while advancing depot-level goals in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2–4 years in operations, service, distribution, or route-based environments.
• Experience leading people or daily operations with accountability.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold frontline employees accountable.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; basic OSHA/safety understanding.
• Data and metrics-driven approach to manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing service team with coaching and accountability.
• Drive workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and retention.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and inspections to ensure uptime.
• Own customer outcomes by resolving service issues quickly and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee field service execution for TOM system installations and maintenance.
• Manage inventory accuracy and availability to support operations.
