Job summary

Restaurant Technologies' Kent depot seeks an Operations Manager, Service to lead the service team and drive depot performance within our Total Oil Management system. You will partner with Distribution and Support functions to deliver safe, high-quality service across customer locations.

You will develop high-performing teams, enforce operational discipline, and align staffing with demand while achieving financial and KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years in operations, service, distribution, or route-based roles.
• Experience leading people or daily operations.
• Ability to coach and develop frontline employees.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing service team.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding and scheduling.
• Manage fleet performance, maintenance, and inspections.
• Foster a customer-focused culture and resolve service issues quickly.
• Oversee TOM system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Optimize labor utilization and staffing to meet demand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy to support operations.
