Job summary

Restaurant Technologies in Mendota Heights, MN is seeking a General Manager II to lead a depot, drive service excellence, safety, and fleet performance while meeting financial and operational goals.

You will supervise 1-2 Operations Managers and a portion of the hourly workforce, coach teams, monitor KPIs, ensure HACCP and OSHA compliance, and oversee oil distribution and installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead depot operations and drive engagement, safety, and KPI performance.
• Foster a safety-first culture with OSHA-aligned policies and training.
• Oversee fleet performance, maintenance, and driver inspections.
• Ensure DOT compliance, hours of service, and driver qualifications.
• Manage new installations of Oil Management systems at customer sites.
• Drive service excellence and KPI achievement through staffing and coaching.
• Oversee oil distribution, inventory accuracy, and waste reduction.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and FDA regulatory readiness.
• Analyze depot expenses and report P&L against budget and forecasts.
