Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager, Service in Kent, WA. You will lead the Service team within the TOM system, collaborate with Distribution and Support Functions, and drive safety, quality, and customer outcomes across depot operations.

In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll optimize workforce performance, improve customer experience, and pursue continuous improvement in a fast-paced field environment, with a focus on financial performance and operational

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, service, distribution, or a route-based environment.
• Experience leading people, teams, or daily operations (formal or informal leadership).
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold frontline employees accountable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Service team with coaching, accountability, recognition, and retention.
• Partner with Distribution and Support Functions to deliver strong customer outcomes and operational excellence.
• Oversee field service execution, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Drive workforce planning, scheduling, and labor utilization to align staffing with demand.
• Oversee fleet performance and maintenance to support service execution.
• Create a customer-focused culture by ensuring service issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
