Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Military Engines F135 DEPOT Configuration Data Management team seeks a dedicated manager to lead the DEPOT configuration data within the SAP environment. You will oversee master data integrity and resolve data inconsistencies to support the F135 program.

You will establish a training curriculum, define a skill matrix, and set proficiency levels, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet program goals and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in reviewing technical data, large datasets, enterprise applications or 5 years with advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with turbine engine maintenance methods or engine depot overhaul support.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration data issues.
• Work with SAP SMEs to implement configurator improvements that meet program needs.
• Define a strategy to incorporate data for new engine variants (e.g., 600A, ECU).
• Establish a training curriculum, skill matrix, and proficiency levels for the team.
• Leverage KPI metrics to align data management with program objectives.
