Pratt & Whitney’s Military Engine Sustainment Quality Organization is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee depot and supplier inspections, ensure the quality management system, and drive continuous improvement across F135 maintenance operations. The role requires leadership, collaboration with vendors, and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has substantial depot experience, knowledge of AS9100 standards, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of aftermarket/Depot experience OR Master’s Degree and minimum of 7 years aftermarket/Depot experience.
• Experience with F135 Maintenance practices/operations and aerospace engine overhaul environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Inspector staff performing supplier product and depot inline inspections.
• Lead the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with Vendor/Supplier and internal PW organizations.
• Provide guidance to the F135 Depot team and contribute to problem resolution with hardware/processes.
• Capture and report departmental metrics and analyze non-conformances trends.
• Support internal/external quality audits and drive corrective actions.
