Growing community bank is seeking a Business Banker to drive deposit growth and build lasting business banking relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored treasury and deposit solutions while expanding into new markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in business banking, treasury sales, or a related financial services role.
• A track record of winning new business and growing deposits.
• Solid understanding of bank products; treasury/cash management sales experience a plus.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter who can manage a book of business independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of business clients through prospecting, networking, and community involvement
• Drive commercial deposit growth by identifying opportunities and selling treasury management solutions (cash management, payments, fraud prevention)
• Serve as the primary relationship manager, delivering top-tier service and long-term client retention
• Cross-sell deposit and treasury products, and refer loan opportunities to the lending team
• Meet or exceed goals for deposit growth and cost of funds
• Stay sharp on market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to spot new growth opportunities
