Job summary

Kittle Property Group seeks a Chief Deposit Officer to lead enterprise deposit strategy, pricing, and product development. You will manage relationships, diversify funding, and align with liquidity/interest-rate risk objectives across multiple markets. Strong leadership and board-facing communication are essential.

The role emphasizes strategic growth, specialty deposits, and digital initiatives, with travel to Sidney, NE and other markets as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or economics is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive banking experience.
• Minimum 5 years in executive or senior leadership roles in deposits/treasury management.
• Proven success in growing deposits and managing funding strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive deposit growth strategy.
• Lead all aspects of deposit gathering, pricing and product development.
• Manage specialty deposit programs and escrow deposits targeting specific client groups.
• Coordinate with CFO and Board for liquidity planning and ALCO support.
• Develop digital deposit initiatives and pricing strategies.
• Travel regularly to support business development and key relationships.
