Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Accurate and attentive to detail
• Able to get along with coworkers
• Maintain confidentiality in all situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional telephone etiquette
• Well organized with good typing skills
• Strong proofreading skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet navigation
• Willing to assist coworkers with various tasks

Responsibilities

• Process customer remote deposits via Mobile Deposit, ATMs, or Merchant Capture and ensure accuracy per bank policies
• Review and process deposits through the Fiserv Deposit Review system (SCO)
• Answer questions and resolve issues related to Retail and Business Mobile Deposit and ATM Deposit
• Inform management, customers, and branch staff of issues promptly
• Coordinate and support SCO program operations and training
• Assist branch personnel with SCO-related item processing and password resets
• Support merchant capture clients with item processing
• Assist accounting/financial clerical functions as needed
• Answer calls and emails professionally with accurate information
• Greet visitors and route to appropriate offices, relay messages as needed
• Provide support to Processing Center and Debit Card personnel
• Maintain effective communication with customers and business relations
• Refer bank products/services to increase business when appropriate
• Keep workspace clean, secure, and well-maintained
• Attend meetings and participate in special projects as required
