You will own your team's performance, ensuring each case task moves smoothly through the process on time and in compliance, while holding staff accountable and using data to drive improvements.

You will partner with firm leadership to translate firm-wide goals into actionable team results, build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and guide the team toward higher

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing teams in a process-driven environment.
• Proven track record of performance management and coaching.
• Experience enforcing procedures, compliance standards, or quality controls.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a deposition team to ensure timely, compliant case progress.
• Monitor adherence to procedures and enforce expectations.
