ABOC in Chicago is seeking a Deposit Services Utility Clerk to support day‑to‑day deposit operations, review maintenance activity, process funding and transfers, and handle data entry for department logs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing of EFTPS payments, document capture, and training completion while working within a collaborative team dedicated to trusted service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Four (4) years of business operations preferred. With focus on deposit services practices and procedures.
• Microsoft 365 Experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing daily maintenance activity.
• Review and enter daily mobility data.
• Process EFTPS payments as needed.
• Perform business services transfers as needed.
• Document and Deposit scanning.
• Customer Research.
• Complete all required and assigned training.
• Perform department duties as needed or assigned.

ABOC is hiring a Deposit Services Utility Clerk. This position is directly responsible for reviewing all client maintenance and non-post transactions. The candidate is required to review and perform data entry related to department specific logs, i.e. (Mobility, Credit Monitoring). Timely and accurately process EFTPS payments, Business Services transfers. Perform check review, retail deposit capture, document capture and staging of all sensitive information for truncation. Assist department with various tasks and procedures.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
