Job summary

ABOC is seeking a Lockbox Scanning Operator to support our banking operations in Chicago. You will be responsible for scanning documents and checks, performing data entry, and preparing customer packages for distribution.

The role involves daily data entry, balancing deposits, processing mail, and performing other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and Microsoft 365 experience is required.

ABOC is hiring a Lockbox Scanning Operator. This position is responsible the scanning and processing of imaged lock box accounts as well as the handling of basic lock box accounts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scans documentation and checks.
• Performs data entry consisting of payee verification, amount and invoices and balancing.
• Processes remittances, documentation and preparing customer packages for distribution.
• Daily data entry and balancing deposits.
• Processes mail.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Microsoft 365 Experience
