Amalgamated Bank of Chicago (ABOC) is seeking a Deposits Services Utility Clerk to review client maintenance, enter data for logs, and process EFTPS payments and transfers. This role handles sensitive information and supports various departmental tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, ~4 years in business operations with deposit services focus, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Four years of business operations experience preferred, focused on deposit services.
• Microsoft 365 experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing daily maintenance activity.
• Review and enter daily mobility data.
• Process EFTPS payments as needed.
• Perform business services transfers as needed.
• Document and Deposit scanning.
• Customer Research
• Complete all required and assigned training.
• Perform department duties as needed or assigned.
