Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in office management field, banking or related experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of banking rules and regulations pertaining to deposit accounts and NACHA/Reg E preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze problems and implement solutions with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit daily work to ensure accuracy and procedural compliance; prepare reports for management.
• Lead training, write procedures, and coordinate cross-training within Deposit Services.
• Coordinate team scheduling to ensure uninterrupted coverage and timely customer support.
• Identify and resolve errors; provide outstanding service for internal and external customers.
• Research data for management reports, audits, SOX controls, and projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws/regulations and company policies.
• Process transactions and documentation accurately; verify authorizations and handle discrepancies.
