The Arrow Financial Corporation in Glens Falls, NY is seeking a Loan Services Team Lead to train staff, audit daily work, and provide operational support to the branch network. You will ensure tasks are completed accurately, deliver excellent customer service, and align with loan procedures and regulatory requirements.

You will lead training, manage scheduling, and drive efficiency while maintaining high quality in all loan services processes at headquarters.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in office management field, banking or related experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of banking rules and regulations pertaining to lending and loan accounts.
• Proven skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing resolution to problems.
• Ability to collaborate with and direct others to achieve goals and provide superior service.
• Quality communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, and management.

Responsabilités

• Review and audit daily work; prepare reports for management detailing results.
• Assist and coach team through day-to-day operations and projects.
• Schedule and coordinate coverage with other team leads for uninterrupted support.
• Identify and resolve errors; coach team on customer call escalations.
• Research data for management reports, audits, and projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Train and cross-train staff to maintain an interchangeable workforce.
• Process transactions with high accuracy and proper authorizations.
