Job summary

United Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide quality service support for branch staff and customers. The role involves daily transaction processing, wire processing, and digital document management in compliance with bank policy and regulations.

The position requires at least 1 year of data entry or banking experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry, accounts reconciliation, and/or banking experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete Exception Item review and processing accurately and timely.
• Complete account and general ledger transaction entries accurately and timely.
• Review account creation and maintenance reports timely and accurately.
• Review reports and complete reconciliation timely and accurately.
• Assist customers and branch employees with questions or concerns.
• Process incoming and outgoing domestic/international wires accurately and timely.
• Process requests for account verification.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.
