United Bank of Southwest Alabama & Northwest Florida seeks an organized professional to provide quality service support at the branch level. You will help teammates and customers while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, transaction and wire processing, and digital document management. A strong eye for detail and teamwork will be essential in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry, accounts reconciliation, and/or banking experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service support for Branch team members and customers in compliance with Bank policy, applicable laws, and regulations.
• Complete daily reports, transaction processing, wire processing, and digital document management in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete Exception Item review and processing accurately and timely.
• Complete account and general ledger transaction entries accurately and timely.
• Review account creation and maintenance reports timely and accurately.
• Review reports and complete reconciliation timely and accurately.
• Assist customers and branch employees with questions or concerns.
• Process incoming and outgoing domestic/international wires accurately and timely.
• Process requests for account verification.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.
