Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years banking experience in Deposit Operations, Digital Banking, ACH, or related role.
• Working knowledge of Jack Henry banking systems (SilverLake, Banno, Xperience, Synapsys) is required.
• Strong understanding of deposit products and digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and other digital services.
• Perform account maintenance and servicing for consumer and business deposit accounts; process changes and research requests.
• Handle debit card operations including disputes and Regulation E requests.
• Process ACH transactions, returns, NOCs and exception items; support treasury management solutions.
