Ideal candidates have a college degree and 10+ years in financial services with strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills. The analyst will lead projects and ensure timely, accurate data extracts and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in computer science or business.
• 10+ years' experience in financial services or application support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of banking regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects by phone and in person.
• Support deposit, teller, and platform applications including testing and user support.
• Lead deposit, platform, and teller projects and implementations.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and data extracts.
• Assist team members to ensure delivery of distinctive service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
