Responsibilities

• Maintain system specifications across banking and operational platforms.
• Support user access administration across 16+ systems, including adding, modifying, removing, and resetting user access.
• Monitor HR notifications to update or remove access for terminated or transferred employees.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by gathering documentation and validating data.
• Support affiliate account monitoring and reporting to ensure policy compliance.
• Generate and distribute routine Business Analytics reports and assist with data validation.
• Review Fiserv publications and system updates and coordinate changes with departments.
• Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Identify and escalate system issues to senior team members.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to Deposit Operations.
