  • Generate, validate, analyze, and distribute operational and Business Analytics reports to support business and regulatory requirements.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve moderate-complexity system, reporting, and operational issues while coordinating with internal partners and vendors as needed.
  • Monitor system updates, release communications, and vendor notices, assessing operational impacts and assisting with implementation activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation, validating controls, responding to inquiries, and assisting with remediation efforts.
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and exception monitoring to identify trends, risks, inaccuracies, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain operational procedures, process documentation, system specifications, and user administration standards.
  • Participate in testing activities for system upgrades, product implementations, workflow enhancements, and operational changes.
  • Collaborate with business partners to evaluate operational needs and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and customer service.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members and serve as a resource within the department.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
  • Knowledge of user access administration, system controls, and operational risk management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and functional areas.
  • Understanding of audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements affecting banking operations.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and escalating issues when appropriate.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum Required: 3+ years of experience in banking operations, systems administration, business systems support, deposit operations, or a related area.
Licenses & Credentials
  • Minimum Required: None.
Systems & Technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with core banking platforms and ancillary banking systems.
  • Experience utilizing reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
