Job summary

Killbuck Savings Bank Co is seeking an internal support role to assist branch personnel with all deposit operation functions. The team will handle help desk inquiries, respond to requests from branches and the customer support center, and investigate fraud and errors.

Responsibilities include Reg E dispute processing, check adjustments, and quality control of new accounts and maintenance. Daily ATM balancing and debit card monitoring are also part of the role, with periodic ledger

Qualifications

• Provide internal help desk support for branch staff and customer support center.
• Respond to customer requests from branches and support center.
• Research and resolve issues including fraud and error investigations.
• Complete and track Reg E disputes and errors including fraud.
• Complete all check adjustments.
• Conduct quality control on new account setups and account maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATM accounts including balancing daily.
• Monitor and update debit card customer accounts.
• Balance daily internal checking and Bill Pay.
• Monthly general ledger reconciliations.
• Provide training on deposit processes to staff.
