Responsibilities

• Process deposit account maintenance updates.
• Handle stop payments per UCC guidelines.
• Assist with tax levies and summons processing.
• Support retirement account administration, including reconciliations.
• Review retirement plan setups and distributions for accuracy.
• Follow up with branches on missing documents.
• Assist staff and customers with complex inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and training.
• Perform reconciliations and regulatory support.
