Job summary

Meadows Bank is seeking a Deposit Support Specialist I to assist in daily Central Operations. The role reports to the Central Operations Manager and collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth banking operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, handling account-related inquiries, processing exceptions, and performing daily notices and research tasks with accuracy and compliance adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months banking experience related to Deposit Support Specialist I.
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Interacts with co-workers and customers relative to areas of concern involving all bank related accounts.
• Process all exception items coordinating with branch management.
• Supports all Bank departments such as Compliance, IT, Courier, Branches, Accounting, Loan Servicing, etc.
• Print and mail daily notices.
• Process research requests.
• Complete Compliance assessments online per Bank regulations.
• Process ATM Settlement/Balancing.
• Special projects and all other duties as trained and assigned.
