Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in banking experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and meet established guidelines.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks and priorities accurately and efficiently, with focus on details.

Responsibilities

• Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect customers and Chesapeake Bank.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other communication to assist and resolve problems with excellent customer service.
• Perform Start of Day and End of Day within core banking applications and transfer files as needed.
• Balance, reconcile, and problem-solve general ledgers and accounts within Deposit Operations.
• Produce debit cards, including new and expiring orders and bulk shipments.
