Responsibilities

• Auditing and maintenance of IRAs and HSAs.
• Auditing paperwork and follow-up activity for all special accounts, business accounts, estates, etc.
• Process deceased files and provide support to members and branch personnel.
• Provide general member assistance with credit union products and services.
• Assist in developing procedures for deposit products.
• Provide assistance to Vice President/Deposit Operations as needed.
• Provide assistance to Call Center and Front Desk staff as needed.
• Review and process power of attorney documents.
• Process new member applications through online account opening.
• Additional duties as assigned.
