Responsibilities

• Performs daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and verification of selected reports.
• Compiles research and tracking of member's requests and issues; records, tracks, researches and coordinates with Deposit Services Supervisor or other departments.
• Coordinates with Retail staff to manage daily maintenance, member correspondence and research; resolves outstanding issues for department work.
• Processes and responds to subpoena, levy and garnishment requests from multiple agencies.
• Provides employee support for POA, Trust and fiduciary accounts and questions.
• Provides employee support for consumer, business, HSA, IRA, and Decedent accounts.
• Responds to asset verifications received from Social Security and Medicaid.
• Conducts daily review and validation of dormant member transactions.
• Performs maintenance and insider relationship tracking on employee accounts.
