Midwest Heritage is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist to support a range of bank products including customer accounts, debit cards, ACH, wires, and treasury services. You will interact with employees and customers to handle inquiries, maintenance requests, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Process exceptions, return transactions and clearinghouse adjustments.
• Perform customer/account maintenance and research.
• Handle debit card disputes in line with policies and regulations.
• Balance daily cash and deposits.
• Research and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.
• Order supplies and coordinate maintenance for machines.
• Process and research ACH/ wire transfers.
• Monitor ACH processing for errors and exceptions.
• Process domestic and international wire transfers.
• Monitor central cash vault inventories for branches/ATMs.
• Reconcile general ledger and accounts, research items outstanding.
• Handle garnishments and legal orders.
• Support treasury management products and account analyses.
