Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience.
• Experience with deposit operations and Jack Henry preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily back-office deposit processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle non-post items, stop payments, NSF/overdraft processing, and related tasks.
• Process CD/IRA renewals, ACH/Sweeps, and rate changes on deposit accounts.
• Maintain daily reconciliations and print notices related to deposit accounts.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with BSA, FACT Act, CRA, and EEO guidelines.
