Midwest Heritage is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist in the Banking department to support a range of bank products, including customer accounts, ACH, wire transfers, and treasury management services. The role emphasizes strong customer service, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities include processing exceptions, maintenance requests, research, and daily cash balancing, with attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 2+ years related work experience and/or education is expected.
• Direct experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process exceptions, return transactions and adjustments.
• Handle customer/account maintenance and research.
• Research disputed transactions in compliance with policies.
• Perform daily cash and deposit balancing and reconcile accounts.
• Process wires, ACH, and Treasury management activities.
• Maintain ACH profiles and monitor processing for errors.
• Monitor cash vault and central balances; coordinate equipment maintenance.
