C&N Bank in Wellsboro, PA is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist I focused on deposit and payment processing and digital banking support. You will handle ACH, wire transfers, and consumers’ digital banking needs while researching issues and maintaining accuracy in transactions.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience. After training in Wellsboro, you may transition to another C&N branch as needed, with opportunities for growth and skill

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Upon successful completion of training with our Deposit Operations Team in Wellsboro, PA, you may transition to another branch location.

Responsibilities

• Deposit & Payment Processing: Process and monitor ACH files, wire transfers, and related deposits.
• Digital Banking Support: Assist with consumer and business digital banking products, enrollments, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Research & Problem Solving: Investigate transaction, account, and digital banking issues; resolve discrepancies and support customers and teammates.
• Deposit Operations Support: Assist with additional Deposit Operations functions and stay knowledgeable on products, systems, policies.
• Customer Service Excellence: Embody C&N’s Customer Service Standards in every interaction.
