• Reviews reports to identify data discrepancies and escalates as needed.
• Conducts research and executes changes during report reviews or file maintenance requests.
• Performs transactions on Desktop Teller for Deposit Support Services.
• Analyzes processes and recommends improvements.
• Prepares spreadsheets and charts for Management monitoring.
• Prepares and forwards notification letters to customers, branches, and departments.
• Maintains filing and retention of documents and processes related fees.
