The role supports the Deposit Operations team to meet annual goals while adhering to bank policies and controls. Ideal candidates bring data processing and banking experience, strong typing, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic PC skills and accurate typing are essential.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Good communication and multitasking capabilities.
• Two years data processing and banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain and verify customer and deposit data.
• Handle debit cards, safe deposit boxes and changes to accounts.
• Process withdrawals, fees, and EFT batches with accuracy.
• Maintain account analysis records and review changes for reasonableness.
• Support the Deposit Operations Department to reach annual goals.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies and controls.
