Job summary

The role reports to the Deposit Operations Manager and focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service for staff and customers.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree, 5+ years in deposit documentation, and 3+ years of leadership, with Jack Henry Silverlake experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 5 years of deposit documentation experience including legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• 1 year with Jack Henry Silverlake systems related to deposit operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, and other standard software.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and state legal requirements pertaining to deposits.
• Ability to train others and lead projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the Deposit Documentation team.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance for deposit documentation.
• Review and update policies related to deposit documentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff with ongoing feedback.
• Drive efficiency and growth in banking processes while maintaining compliance.
• Determine course of action for exception items.
• Maintain familiarity with department processes and perform updates as changes occur.
• Serve as backup trainer for new hire orientation and development trainings.
