Job summary

Wilson Bank & Trust is seeking a Deposit Documentation Manager in Lebanon, TN. You will oversee the deposit documentation function, ensuring compliance, policy adherence, and efficient processes. Lead a team, drive improvements, and act as a subject-matter expert on regulatory requirements for accounts.

You will mentor staff, review policies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and audit readiness in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5 years of deposit documentation experience including regulatory requirements.
• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• 1 year of experience with Jack Henry Silverlake systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Deposit Documentation team and foster growth.
• Oversee deposit documentation policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Review and update policies related to deposit documentation as needed.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff with ongoing performance feedback.
• Ensure accurate input and timely review of deposit documentation.
• Serve as backup trainer for new hire orientation and trainings.
• Maintain acceptable audit ratings for department processes.
• Collaborate with other units on cross-functional initiatives and projects.
• Stay informed on federal regulations and state laws affecting deposits.
