Qualifications

• 2-4 year degree or equivalent work experience in banking operations.
• 4-6 years bank operations experience preferred.
• Familiar with IRA and HSA regulations and tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the Deposit Documentation Department.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Train and develop staff; manage performance.
