United Community Banks Inc. is seeking a senior leader to manage the Deposit Documentation Department, ensuring accurate account setup, documentation, and regulatory adherence across IRA and HSA accounts.

The role requires strong knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, and staff development, with duties spanning training, audits, and cross-team collaboration to maintain service levels and standards.

Formación

• 2-4 year college degree desired or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years bank or banking operations experience preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in a supervisory or individual contributor role.
• Familiarity with Fiserv systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal banking regulations.
• IRA and HSA regulations and IRS guidelines knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all functions and workflows within Deposit Documentation Department.
• Review and validate documentation for new and updated deposit accounts, including IRA and HSA accounts.
• Provide training and staff development; conduct one-on-one meetings and succession planning.
• Motivate and coach staff to meet productivity standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory adherence.
