Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls regarding Retail Accounts and services.
• Quote CDs, loan payoffs, and general loan questions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and promotions.
• Refer customers to other departments for cross-selling opportunities.
• Process requests for check orders, internet/telephone banking, and debit/ATM cards.
