Job summary

Serval is hiring a Deployment Success Engineer to own customer outcomes post-deployment, ensuring value compounds into adoption, expansion, and renewal. You will be the primary technical partner, resolving issues, deepening usage, and advocating for customer needs, while writing code and building automation to scale support.

Qualifications

• Startup experience in a customer-facing or technical role.
• Strong technical foundation, including reading and debugging production code in customer environments.
• Willingness to write code and automation to create scalable systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management with stakeholders.
• Instinct for retention, adoption and expansion in fast-moving settings.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment production success and post-sale technical support.
• Drive renewals and expansion by strengthening customer adoption.
• Build scalable tooling, automation, and playbooks to support more customers.
• Ship production changes: fix bugs and build features for customers.
• Train customers and create documentation to maximize self-sufficiency.
