Job summary

Serval, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Success Manager on the Agent Deployment team to own customer outcomes post-deployment, resolving issues, expanding usage, and driving renewal.

You will write code and ship fixes to deliver scalable support across more customers without proportional headcount growth. Ideal candidates blend technical depth with customer obsession and a commercial instinct for retention and growth, helping customers become self-sufficient and ensuring repeatable, scalable

Qualifications

• Startup experience in a customer-facing or technical role.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot production code in customer-facing environments.
• Willingness to write code and automation to create scalable systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• High agency in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own customer success and support after sale, troubleshooting issues and advocating for customer needs internally.
• Drive renewals and expansion by surfacing opportunities to deepen Serval's footprint.
• Build systems that scale support with tooling, automation and playbooks.
• Ship product changes by modifying production code to fix bugs and add features.
• Make customers self-sufficient through training and documentation.
