Job summary
Vantor is seeking a Deployment Strategist to accelerate growth by delivering clear, technical solutions and articulating value to customers in the defense and intelligence sectors. You will translate workflows into product capabilities and collaborate with product teams to align roadmaps with customer needs.
The role requires active Secret clearance, 3–5 years in a tech sales-like role, and travel up to 50%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Active Secret Clearance (with eligibility for TS/SCI).
- 3–5 years of experience in a technology or product-centric sales role.
- Experience navigating and partnering with defense and intelligence communities.
- Experience translating user workflows to products.
- Background selling mission systems, data platforms, ISR capabilities, or dual-use defense tech.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver and drive adoption of new products and complex solutions.
- Leverage relationships with senior personnel and operational users in defense and intelligence communities.
- Work with Product teams to understand capabilities and roadmaps and solve customer problems.
- Translate user workflows to internal products and capabilities.
- Identify opportunities through established partners, working cross-functionally.
- Support Sales and Marketing in product positioning, proposals, and customer visits.
- Strengthen relationships by understanding the customer’s mission.
