Job summary

Morpheus Talent Solutions is seeking a Deployment Strategist to partner with customers on audio AI initiatives, shaping strategy and guiding training approaches. You will work with senior stakeholders to uncover opportunities, set priorities, and design high-quality outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end customer journeys, build cross-functional relationships, and translate objectives into actionable strategies with research and engineering, driving value and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in deployment strategy, consulting, or PM.
• Familiar with AI training lifecycle and high-quality training data.
• Experience growing revenue and managing strategic accounts.
• Strong project management, detail-orientation, and organization.
• Experience working with technical teams and executives.

Their mission is to bring AI into the real world, with audio as the gateway. As audio AI advances, high-quality training data is the bottleneck, and that’s where this team comes in.

Founded recently by experienced AI data engineers and operators, the company already counts most major big tech companies and leading AI labs as customers, and recently closed a substantial Series B from top-tier investors.

The Forward Deployed team works side by side with customers on their most critical initiatives, turning complexity into clarity and strategy into action. They’re embedded within customer organizations and closely connected to product, research, and engineering, so every engagement creates real impact for customers and shapes the company’s direction.

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist, you’ll be a trusted partner to customers on their most important audio AI initiatives, shaping their strategy and guiding their approach to audio training. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to uncover opportunities, set priorities, and design solutions that deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer journeys end to end, from ideation to launch
• Build consultative relationships across multiple business units and levels within customer organizations
• Translate customer objectives into actionable strategies alongside research and engineering
• Identify new opportunities within accounts where data and research insights can add value
• Develop and run strategic account plans that align stakeholders and move opportunities to close

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of relevant experience (deployment strategy, consulting, product/program management, founder, etc.), ideally at a fast-growing startup or tech company
• Familiarity with the AI training lifecycle and strong intuition for what makes high-quality training data
• Experience designing strategies to capture, grow, and retain revenue
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and organization
• Experience building relationships across technical teams and senior executives
• Comfort in dynamic, undefined situations, contributing to both design and execution

Bonus

• B2B client-facing experience generating and closing complex technical deals
• a STEM background (CS, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics)
• proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar
