Job summary

HartleyCo is seeking Deployment Strategists to own enterprise customer deployments—from discovery to measurement of business impact. You will translate complex problems into AI-driven agent solutions, working closely with enterprise stakeholders and engineers to deliver tangible business results.

Job description

I’m hiring Deployment Strategists for a voice AI company helping enterprises automate customer conversations.

You’ll own customer deployments from the first discovery conversation through workflow design, implementation, launch and measuring business impact. You’ll work directly with enterprise stakeholders and engineers to turn an ambiguous business problem into an AI agent that delivers results.

A few backgrounds could fit:

• Product managers who have worked closely with enterprise customers.
• Consultants who enjoy taking a strategy through to implementation.
• People from technical, analytics or finance backgrounds who are strong with data and comfortable leading client conversations.
• Deployment and implementation specialists already working with AI products.

Direct voice AI experience is valuable, but it isn’t essential. The ability to understand a problem, build trust with a customer and take ownership of delivery matters.

Based in the Bay Area, with significant customer travel.
