Job summary

Data Product Operations Lead at Morpheus Talent Solutions is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-growing audio AI startup. You’ll own end-to-end data pipelines from experiments to production, partnering with researchers and engineers to turn new model capabilities into scalable data workflows.

You will build reliable, high-quality processes, monitor pipeline health, and drive impact through throughput, quality, and cost metrics. On-site in San Francisco or NYC, full-time.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years in high-intensity environments (founder, strategy consulting, venture-backed ops)
• Background in consulting, strategic projects, investment banking, operations, computer science, or similar
• Systems thinker who designs for scale and durability
• Strong product intuition and the ability to work closely with engineers and researchers
• Fast, detail-oriented, and uncompromising on quality
• Collaborative, low-ego, and willing to roll up your sleeves

Responsibilities

• Own a data pipeline end to end, from early experiments to high-volume production
• Design and run pipelines that process large volumes of audio with reliability, quality, and efficiency
• Work with researchers at leading AI labs to turn new model capabilities into concrete data workflows and project plans
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Ops, Product, and Engineering
• Monitor pipeline health and fix issues in sourcing, quality, or process
• Use throughput, quality, and cost metrics to prioritize and drive impact
• Take full-stack accountability across ops, product, engineering, and customers

I’m partnering with a fast-growing audio AI data company that brings an R&D approach to data, building datasets with the same rigor AI labs bring to models. Their mission is to bring AI into the real world, with audio as the gateway. As audio AI advances, high-quality training data is the bottleneck, and that’s where this team comes in.

Founded recently by experienced AI data engineers and operators, the company already counts most major big tech companies and leading AI labs as customers, and recently closed a substantial Series B from top-tier investors.

About the team

The Data Operations team turns raw audio into high-quality training datasets for frontier AI labs. They start from a capability a model needs to unlock, experiment with different data shapes and collection strategies, validate with researchers, then industrialize what works into reliable, efficient, large-scale pipelines.

What you’ll do
