Job summary

CubX Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operations Support specialist to manage the full hardware lifecycle—from receiving and inventorying to configuring and deployment readiness.

You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Technical Teams, Vendors, and Carriers to ensure accurate, on-time equipment delivery. The role emphasizes independent work, meticulous attention to detail, and ownership of requests from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Extremely detail‑oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
• Comfort handling computer hardware and IT equipment.
• Experience managing inventory, asset tracking, and deployments.
• Coordinate hardware preparation, imaging, enrollment, and shipments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proactive problem solving and escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hardware receiving, inventorying, and reconciliation.
• Prepare, stage, image, enroll, and verify devices per client needs.
• Package and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and tracking.
• Coordinate deployments, schedules, and client delivery deadlines.
• Liaise with Procurement, Tech Teams, Vendors, and Carriers to resolve blockers.
• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.
