Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a Project Engineer – Deployment Engineering to support Site Design and Fabrication Engineering. This role serves as the bridge between site, fabrication, and home office activities to ensure information flows efficiently and issues are tracked to resolution.

The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proactive mitigation of risks. Qualifications include a engineering degree and 5+ years in related roles, with familiarity in Jira,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering, project coordination, or a related role.
• Cross‑organizational experience across multiple teams and organizational boundaries.
• Familiarity with TerraPower processes and procedures preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• RFI Tracking and Management: manage RFIs from site & fabrication engineering, route, respond, close.
• Home Office Interface: coordinate with home office to gather data and documentation.
• NCR Tracking and Management: track NCRs and drive actions to closure.
• Facilitation and Mitigation: resolve bottlenecks, identify corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: liaise between site, fabrication, and home office to ensure data accuracy.
• Execution Support: help develop workflows to improve information flow.
