Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in project engineering or coordination.
• Experience across organizational boundaries.
• Familiarity with TerraPower processes and Jira/Power BI/Confluence preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in cross-functional teams; nuclear industry not required but preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira, Power BI, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Support site and fabrication with RFIs and NCRs tracking.
• Coordinate information flow between site, fabrication, and home office.
• Monitor metrics and drive action to closure.
• Lead efforts to mitigate risks and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure complete data.
• Maintain outward-facing tracking via Jira and Power BI.
