Job summary

Payroc is a global payments technology company empowering merchants to get paid, scale, and operate smarter. As Deployment Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Deployment and File Build teams, ensuring terminals are configured, quality checked, and delivered on time.

You will lead quality assurance, manage inventories and orders, coach the team, and partner with vendors to optimize processes while supporting internal stakeholders and merchants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a related technical or operations role.
• Knowledge of software, hardware, and other equipment used in payment terminal operations.
• Experience with call tracking applications and helpdesk practices.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of terminal software and current terminals, pin pads, check readers, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve download files and hardware/software issues.
• Manage purchase order placement and hardware debit encryption.
• Maintain Salesforce SLA for Deployment and File Build.
• Handle program add-ons including check service, debit, EBT, gift cards, WEX, and similar programs.
• Oversee the QC/QA process for daily deployments and file builds to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Act as liaison with third‑party equipment vendors.
• Conduct annual reviews and manage PTO approval for Deployment team employees.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
