SERVPRO is seeking a Deployment Manager to coordinate deployment initiatives across field teams and franchisees in Gallatin, TN. You will organize projects, manage logistics, and ensure cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in franchised environments, strong communication, and proven ability to lead change while advancing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
• 3+ years in a franchised environment or similar consulting/operations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with urgency.
• Proven ability to influence across levels and manage change in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end coordination, management and development of communication, education, initiation and realization plans for each deployment.
• Create and maintain documents and resources to enable deployment success and adoption in the field.
• Collaborate with project owners and SMEs to develop change management plans for field adoption.
• Engage stakeholders and franchisees for feedback to improve processes and cross-functional effectiveness.
• Track KPIs post-launch and recommend improvements to realize outcomes.
• Exercise fiscal responsibility by managing travel and personal business expenses.
