Job summary

Protomiq is hiring a Deployment Manager to lead the product deployment team in Atlanta. You will own frontline performance, drive deployment times, and coordinate with dealers, OEMs, and vendors to keep deployments moving.

You will coach specialists, manage schedules, and leverage data to resolve issues while collaborating with Client Success and Sales to expedit e product deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deployment teams and coordinating across cross-functional groups.
• Ability to coach specialists and drive performance with data-driven decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment time and quality across the queue, tracking volume and delays.
• Direct schedules, workloads, and capacity planning for the deployment team.
• Escalate and resolve dealer, OEM, or vendor-related delays and bottlenecks.
• Provide QA monitoring and coaching to improve team performance.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Sales to facilitate deployments and tooling improvements.
